Basic Package Includes:

• 3 Hours of hands-on cooking experience for 10 participants
• A professional Chef and Assistant
• All fresh and Natural Ingredients (You choose the menu)
• Chef’s Hats to keep & Aprons to use during party
• Plates, Silverware and Napkins
• Chilled Water bottles and Sparkling Water (We are a BYOB facility)

 

Caprese Salad
Traditional Caesar Salad – Homemade dressing and croutons served with romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese

Make your own Pizza – Turkey pepperoni or Veggie (arugula, onions and mushrooms)
Mozzarella Stuffed Turkey Meatballs served with light marinara sauce

Ricotta Cheese Ravioli in your choice of White or Pesto Sauce
Spinach Fettuccine with Trapanese Pesto

Chocolate Molten Lava Cake
Pana Cota Pudding

 

I acknowledge a $200 deposit is due when I booked the date for this party. The remaining balance is due the day of the event. If I cancel at least 15 days prior to the event, my deposit will be refunded in full. If I cancel less than 15 days of the event, all monies paid will be forfeited unless the Real Food Academy kitchen gets booked for another event.

A final count will required 3 days before the reserved date. Remaining balance will reflect the final count. If any additional guests show up who were not included in the final count, an additional surcharge fee of $5 per guest will be added to my final bill, on top of individual fees for each additional participant.
