This week’s adult class on Thursday is titled “Cooking Techniques, Terms and Gadgets” and our chefs will be learning a TON of stuff about cooking while preparing a hearty Wild Mushroom and Walnut Pate which we’ll spread over Crostini Bread, next we’ll enjoy a Warm Kale and Antipasto Salad, our entree will be a creamy Brown Butter Risotto with succulent Lobster, and for dessert, we’ll make a Mango Sorbet. On Saturday, kids will battle in a Cupcake War and. we’ll also prepare a Tomato Bisque with Homemade Cheese Tortellini (the kids LOVE making fresh pasta!)
