Broiled Shishito Peppers

- 2 pints Shishito Peppers fresh
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 tspn Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup Tahini Sauce
Set your broiler to the highest setting.
Mix the peppers with the oil and the salt. Spread on baking sheet.
Place in broiler until the skin of the peppers starts going black.
Take them out of the broiler, place in a bowl or platter, drizzle the Tahini Sauce on top and enjoy while hot.
