Use seasonal fruit for this great snack! You can also sprinkle crushed almonds or hazelnuts for extra crunchiness!
Fruit Chocolate Covered Skewers
Servings 4 skewers
- 8 each strawberries large dice
- 2 each bananas large sliced
- 1 cup Pineapples cut in large chunks
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
In double boiler or fondue, melt chocolate and coconut oil.
In a large skewer make a pattern of strawberry, banana and then pineapple.
Once done, covered with melted chocolate.
