We are getting ready for our warm South Florida Spring and Summer with this cool snack (it can very well be a breakfast or dessert). Chia seeds, cocoa, fresh berries and coconut come together for a naturally sweetened gluten free delight!
Cocoa Chia Pudding
Servings 4 servings
- 2 cups coconut milk homemade or natural
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or raw honey
- 1 teaspoons desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup Fresh berries
Pour all ingredients, except the coconut into a mason jar or glass container and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve cold and top with coconut.
