Easy to make, this gluten free recipe will have your guest guessing the secret ingredient-black beans! Rich in protein, the beans substitute the flour creating a gluten free delicacy for everyone.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces) Black Beans, no salt drained, rinsed & drained
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tspn salt
  • 2 tspn vainilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup walnuts optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Place eggs, butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, black beans and sugar in food processor until well blended.
  • Butter an 8 inch pan.
  • Add the brownie mixture to baking pan and gently add chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the center of mix is set in the center.
  • Cool before cutting and serving.
