Great for breakfast or dessert. You can add your favorite fruit to the recipe or top your Parfait with granola!

yogurt
Greek style, low fat vanilla flavor optional

cups
honey
(or pure maple syrup)
1
cup
strawberries
cut in small dice
1
pint
fresh blackberries
(or raspberries or blueberries)
2
bananas
sliced
1
cup
granola
(can be nut-free)
Instructions
Mix the Greek yogurt with the honey or maple syrup
Scoop ¼ cup yogurt into the bottom of each of the 4 tall glasses.
Combine the berries and bananas.
Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top.
Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
