If you like avocado, you will be amazed how easy and delicious this version of Avocado baked fries are. You can have it as an appetizer with a spicy mayo-sriracha dipping sauce or simply added it to a salad as a topping. This recipe is a cross from a cinnamon roll and an apple pie. It's low in sugar and you could substitute the regular pie crust for a gluten free one, found in a health food store.
We prepared this recipe in our cooking school during a kids class, and everyone had so much fun rolling out the dough and placing the cinnamon mixture on the pie log then cutting them into circles. It was for sure a hit! We love to celebrate all the different festive holidays from around the world! St Patrick's Day is a day to cheer up with food and drinks. At our academy,  we create recipes that are cleaner and leaner without sacrificing  flavor. This recipe for mini Shepard's pies is a great rendition of the traditional one and very kid friendly.

Chicken-Parmesan

This super crispy recipe of chicken tenders can made with or without the tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.

When you eat Cauliflower  you are adding  an array of nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other phytochemicals to your body that you don't get from chicken. Traditional chicken wings are a "favorite" in the US but  if you are really looking for flavor, crispiness and a vegan option you need to be looking into this Cauliflower "Wings" Recipe. It is easy to make and probably costs less than a bag of wings from the supermarket.  Mix  in some Broccoli florets and surprise your guests with this cool, not traditional recipe! This Homemade Tortellini can be filled with a mixture of 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese and a tablespoon of Parmesan or try it out with our Mushroom Pate recipe! Use the Tortellini for soup or saute them in Pesto for a dish on it's own!

A simple version of our Gluten free muffins, this recipe was adjusted to accommodate those costumers that don't have access to almond and brown rice flours(use unbleached, organic flours instead.) This recipe takes a little bit of time to make but it's worth the wait! You can also make extra tarts, seal the in bags and freeze them for later use. Let your palate and imagination guide you and add your favorite fruits to the recipe. My recommendation is always to buy local, seasonal & organic fruits. Basically, you avoid unknown chemicals and most important, the fruit is at its best when in season. Quick crispy Baked Chicken Tenders Parmesan make an easy weeknight dinner or game-day snack.
