Ratatouille has been always a favorite dish of mine. Not only can be served with pasta, French fries or rice but serve over toasted flat bread and now you have a healthy Pizza.
The following Vegan Tahi Coconut Soup is a nice option as an appetizer or main dish. You can always add your favorite julienned vegetables to make it heartier.
Sorghum also known as Wondergrain is an ancient and healthy Old World Grain that has been a principal source of energy for millions. It’s gluten free, cholesterol free, and is a good source of fiber and iron; it also has 5g of protein per serving! It is neutral in flavor and can be paired with your favorite foods and spices. The grain does not get soggy in soups and dishes. Pitimi, Jowar, Kaoliang and Milo are a few names for Sorghum around the world.
Easy grab and go breakfast! This simple recipe is kids approved! You can add lettuce, avocado, salsa and grilled veggies for a stronger version that will keep you going all morning long!
This is a quick recipe that you can play with by adding 1 or 2 cups of vegetables instead of the chicken. Combine sprouts, cabbage, snap peas right at the end with the mushrooms and other veggies.
We have come up with a different menu for this 4th of July. Check out our Turkey and Quinoa sliders and the Asian Coleslaw. They are both easy to make, healthy and yummy. I have added a picture of the Napa cabbage so it's easy to identify.
