This is a great way to swap the butter on your toast for avocado, which is a healthy fat and take will take your toast to another level. This mouthwatering recipe can be eaten for breakfast, lunch of afternoon snack. Adding kale will make it even more nutritious and will add texture to the spread. This easy and delicious dish can be prefect for school lunches. Make it the night before or have your little chef in the kitchen help you on any week night for dinner. They will have a lot of fun cutting these rounds This is by far one of my favorite pasta sauces and one of the most simple and quick to prepare. After mixing all the ingredients in a food processor add the hot boiling pasta (your favorite one. I use gluten free ) and it will just come together. A perfect meal Ready to serve!

This salad was offered in one of our recent cooking classes.  It was a hit to say the least!  The recipe was inspired from one of my favorite chefs Caroline Randall, she wrote Soul Food with Love. 

The simplicity and combination of flavors are a perfect match.  This is a great salad to make during a hot summer day.  My husband and I had a similar salad in Santorini Greece last summer after a hot day at the beach.  This recipe is very versatile, it can be served with any kind of food, as it will clean your palate for the next dish!

This Homemade Greek Chicken Naan is our version of a Mediterranean pizza made on toasted Naan.This thin Indian flat bread is light and cooks rather quickly. You can find it in an Indian grocery store or in the ethnic area of your local market. If you cannot find it, it’s ok to substitute it for Pita bread. The homemade Hummus, chicken and Feta cheese will be your good proteins and the Aurugula and tomatoes the extra balance between crisp and sweet! Enjoy! Great alternative to Pizza. This is a kids approved version of our flat breads, for a more sophisticated palate you can add Kalamata olives, Feta Cheese, Aurugula pesto and Artichokes.
