If you got carried away and ate more of the wrong foods. That’s Ok; try this delicious cleansing recipe called, “The Best Cleansing Smoothie”. You will fill the cleansing right away! This mix of greens and superfoods can become part of a wrap a side or a meal on its own. You can top it with baked pieces of tofu, fish or chicken breast. Make it for dinner, take it to the office or a picnic and you will be replenishing your body with REAL foods that will give you nutrients and energy. Note: We like to keep the tomatoes, cucumber and feta on the side until the time of service so our greens stay crunchy. This juice is ultra hydrating, with cucumber and coconut water, it also contains three of the most powerful natural digestive aids; pineapple, lemon, and Aloe Vera. A great juice when you want hydration and a digestion boost! Aloe Vera is believed to provide long-lasting youth and rapid healing, its anti-inflammatory power  is one of it’s best-known properties. The gel of Aloe Vera also contains enzymes, minerals, anti-microbial and amino acids that aid in digestion, reduce inflammation and helps cleanse and soothe the body. Cucumbers are fantastic for cleansing our bodies.  They are a natural diuretic, reduce inflammation, relieves stomach acid and provides soothing cleansing effect. Since they are often grown with pesticides and waxed in stores  it is best to choose organic. Great alternative to Pizza. This is a kids approved version of our flat breads, for a more sophisticated palate you can add Kalamata olives, Feta Cheese, Aurugula pesto and Artichokes.

Olive Tapenade

This is a perfect appetizer that takes almost no time to prepare!

It’s really simple to make these wraps. I do recommend staying away from things that have a high liquid content (like tomatoes, salad dressing, etc) as they can soak through the Nori and get quite messy. My trick to get them to stay together beautifully is a very light smear of hummus along the edge, it binds it all together when you wrap it up. Chef Maria
