When you eat Cauliflower you are adding an array of nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other phytochemicals to your body that you don't get from chicken. Traditional chicken wings are a "favorite" in the US but if you are really looking for flavor, crispiness and a vegan option
you need to be looking into this Cauliflower "Wings" Recipe. It is easy to make and probably costs less than a bag of wings from the supermarket. Mix in some Broccoli florets and surprise your guests with this cool, not traditional recipe!
This Homemade Greek Chicken Naan is our version of a Mediterranean pizza made on toasted Naan. This thin Indian flat bread is light and cooks rather quickly. You can find it in an Indian grocery store or in the ethnic area of your local market. If you cannot find it, it’s ok to substitute it for Pita bread. The homemade Hummus, chicken and Feta cheese will be your good proteins and the Aurugula and tomatoes the extra balance between crisp and sweet! Enjoy!
This was a hit at our Saturday cooking class. All the young chefs enjoyed chopping all the veggies that this recipe calls for. At home, have your little ones help you by using a safe knife. In our school we use Curious Chef brand. Even though this may not be the most kid friendly dish, they all finished their plate.
I love Gazpacho! It's refreshing, light and goes well with BBQ's, cocktail parties and more! Kids and adults will have so much fun having this sweet and savory treat. Serve it chilled in shot glasses and garnish with Cilantro leafs & Lime wedges.
