These cooking are loaded with super foods like; Matcha Green Tea that is packed with antioxidants which boosts metabolism and burns calories and is also rich in fiber and vitamin C. It prevents disease, lowers cholesterol and blood sugar.  It has Coconut Oil that can help you burn more fat, kills harmful microorganisms and improves blood cholesterol levels. You'll also notice that there's very little sugar used in this recipe and we use oat and garbanzo flour.  Therefore, they're gluten free! Perfect to accompany them with a nice glass of Almond milk! Make this fun and super delicious and super nutritious snacks for school or perfect during the holidays! Good for ALL AGES! These delicious and easy to bake cookies are some of our favorite! Using dry cranberries can give this recipe special touch especially during the holidays. These cookies are low in sugar and gluten free so they are easy to digest. . This is by far one of my favorite pasta sauces and one of the most simple and quick to prepare. After mixing all the ingredients in a food processor add the hot boiling pasta (your favorite one. I use gluten free ) and it will just come together. A perfect meal Ready to serve! You'll be surprised how moist and delicious this vegan recipe is. We have made it on and on during our kids cooking camps and they love the outcome. Most often I've been asked how can avocado be used for frosting? If you think about, avocado has a very subtle taste, a creamy texture that combined with the cocoa powder, vanilla extract and the maple syrup you will have a delicious and healthy frosting. For best results, make sure you will refrigerate it before using. User beware: This is not your classic Milkshake! Times have changed, more than ever, people are conscious of what the food they put in their bodies and how this affects their energy levels, weight and overall health. I know this because we work with these people on a daily basis.  On this topic, we want to bring you all an alternative to the classical Milkshake usually made with Ice Cream and Milk. Commercially made ice cream has lots of sugar, food coloring, preservatives and other chemicals which are not part of the original recipe and that do not add any nutrition to our bodies. Milk, well, let's just say adding plant-based "milk" you are contributing to health benefits such as lower cholesterol intake and more natural nutrition. The following recipe is full mono-unsaturated fatty acids like palmitoleic acid and oleic acid that helps lower LDL or "bad cholesterol" and increase HDL or "good cholesterol" levels in the blood. Add to that the high levels of  Selenium, Vitamin E, and  Thiamin.   This recipe doesn't have any added and processed sugar, dyes or preservatives. So go ahead and try this newer version of the Milkshake, you will not feel as guilty and will reap the benefits of a plant-based diet while licking your lips! Yum!!! Enough with feeding your kids or yourself with store-bought cookies! If you look at the label,  you can find many ingredients that are not necessarily what you want them to have(or that you might not even recognize!) Here is the solution:  Dates, sun butter, oats and fruit preserves come together to form a most delish raw cookie with REAL ingredients. Kids and adults will absolutely come for seconds on this one. If you are a chocolate lover, you can add about 2 teaspoons of cocoa to the mix. Don't forget to top them with fresh berries such as raspberries. What's best is that you are skipping on the enriched processed flour, the added sugar, preservatives, artificial coloring and other fake ingredients that have little or no nutrition and that you want to avoid at all cost! Cranberry coolies This cookies are a perfect holiday gift.  They are moist and full of flavor.  What a better way to show appreciation than baking cookies for someone you love! This Holiday Cookies made with very little sugar are a great snack and even a super healthy gift for this Season!

This spiced chocolate mousse is perfect for the holidays and can be made head of time.

Sorghum also known as Wondergrain is an ancient and healthy Old World Grain that has been a principal source of energy for millions. It’s gluten free, cholesterol free, and is a good source of fiber and iron; it also has 5g of protein per serving! It is neutral in flavor and can be paired with your favorite foods and spices. The grain does not get soggy in soups and dishes. Pitimi, Jowar, Kaoliang and Milo are a few names for Sorghum around the world. Last nights favorite! There are many variations to Queso Fundido or Spicy Melted Cheese, I've seen it served with Jalapeno, chorizo and many other mixings. Our Vegan version will knock your shoes off!! Serve it with organic tortilla chips and enjoy!
