  1. Six 3-ounce ice-pop molds
  2. Scoop avocado flesh into a blender; add mint, lime juice, coconut water, and salt and purée until smooth.
  3. Divide among ice-pop molds and insert sticks.
  4. Freeze until solid, at least 2 hours.
