Instructions
  1. Cook peppers with oil. Remove peppers from pan.
  2. Cook egg/water mixture over hot skillet, without scrambling them. Move egg inward to cook although through, and flip, so you have a large “fried egg”.
  3. Cut in half and place one half on each tortilla.
  4. Add peppers and cheese to the center of your tortilla and roll up.
