Instructions
  1. Ground spices one by one by hand or spice grinder.
  2. Mix together with tea and store in air tight container.
  3. Bring milk to a simmer and add 2 tablespoons of mix.
  4. Continue simmering for 3 minutes.
  5. Let it rest for a minute, strain and add honey.
  6. Cool down before serving!
