You can make this recipe as crispy as you want buy just adding a little sprinkle of corn start.  I use gluten free rice starch or tapioca  starch.

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into fry-shaped pieces
  2. Toss the uncooked fries into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with cornstarch and the olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and add spices if using any.
  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or if using a dark, non-stick baking sheet you don’t need the parchment paper. Arrange your fries in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the fries so they can cook on all sides.
  5. Bake for 10 to 15 more minutes, or until the fries are crispy.
