Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat eggs until well mixed.
  2. Set a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, pour in eggs.
  3. Cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are set, 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Toast the flat bread and spread with butter.
  6. Top with chopped tomato, scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, spinach and turkey sausages (if using).
  7. Place on a baking sheet.
  8. Preheat broiler.
  9. Place pizzas under hot broiler for 3-4 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
