You'll also notice that there's very little sugar used in this recipe and we use oat and garbanzo flour.  Therefore, they're gluten free! Perfect to accompany them with a nice glass of Almond milk!

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl combine oat flour, garbanzo flour, baking soda, sea salt and sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl combine coconut oil, applesauce, egg and almond extract.
  3. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry.
  4. Stir in matcha powder.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in fridge for 1 hour.
  7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  8. Scoop out balls and flatten onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  9. Place 1 or 2 trays into the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes or until firm but not hard
  10. Remove from oven and let cool on tray for 5 minutes.
