OK, I know what you are thinking. “My kid will never eat Kale”. I say, “you wanna bet”! Most kids admit to me they have never eaten Kale in their life. However, from the moment that tray of warm Kale chips hits the table all I see are lots of little hands reaching in for more and more until the chips are gone.   • 1 Bunch Kale Use organic whenever available

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.
  4. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
  5. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
