When you eat Cauliflower  you are adding  an array of nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other phytochemicals to your body that you don't get from chicken. Traditional chicken wings are a "favorite" in the US but  if you are really looking for flavor, crispiness and a vegan option you need to be looking into this Cauliflower "Wings" Recipe. It is easy to make and probably costs less than a bag of wings from the supermarket.  Mix  in some Broccoli florets and surprise your guests with this cool, not traditional recipe!
