Note: We like to keep the tomatoes, cucumber and feta on the side until the time of service so our greens stay crunchy.

Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients for dressing and set aside. In a large salad bowl- mix together all greens and top with tomatoes, onion, cucumber, feta, avocado and pepitas.
  2. When ready to serve, drizzle dressing over salad.
