  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil then grease with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together turkey, quinoa, carrots, zucchini, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, salt and egg until well combined. Fill the mixture into 10 sprayed ramekins with non-stick spray. Bake until cooked through and golden brown, 30 minutes.
