Flat Bread Breakfast Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 flat bread Toasted
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 Roma tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese
  • Turkey sausages cooked and cut in slices (optional)
  • ΒΌ cup Spinach chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, beat eggs until well mixed.
  • Set a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, pour in eggs.
  • Cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are set, 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Toast the flat bread and spread with butter.
  • Top with chopped tomato, scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, spinach and turkey sausages (if using).
  • Place on a baking sheet.
  • Preheat broiler.
  • Place pizzas under hot broiler for 3-4 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
