DoughPrepared and For up 6 small six inc pizzas

1 1/2cupsmozzarella cheeseshredded
1/2green pepperchopped optional
6wooden sticksjumbo size
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-by-16-inch rectangle.
Divide rectangle into six 8 inch squares.
Add pizza sauce to each square, sprinkle with mozzarella.
Layer a few pieces of pepperoni and any other topping you want like green peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc.
Place 3/4 of the stick on top of the pizza and slightly fold 1/4 of the dough over it, then roll up the dough from the long side, like a burrito, until the filling is fully enclosed in a tube, pressing gently to seal.
Brush with egg wash.
Press any extra filling ingredients onto the rolls. Bake until golden, about 10-12 minutes.
