Pizza on a Stick

  • Dough Prepared and For up 6 small six inc pizzas
  • flour all purpose (for dusting)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3/4 cup pepperoni chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper chopped optional
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms chopped optional
  • egg wash
  • 6 wooden sticks jumbo size


  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-by-16-inch rectangle.
  • Divide rectangle into six 8 inch squares.
  • Add pizza sauce to each square, sprinkle with mozzarella.
  • Layer a few pieces of pepperoni and any other topping you want like green peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc.
  • Place 3/4 of the stick on top of the pizza and slightly fold 1/4 of the dough over it, then roll up the dough from the long side, like a burrito, until the filling is fully enclosed in a tube, pressing gently to seal.
  • Brush with egg wash.

Egg wash:
Crack and egg into a bowl and beat thoroughly with a fork. Add 1 tbsp of water and brush over the pizza roll.
