Cocoa Chia Pudding

  • 2 cups coconut milk homemade or natural
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or raw honey
  • 1 teaspoons desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries


  • Pour all ingredients, except the coconut into a mason jar or glass container and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Serve cold and top with coconut.
