- 1 each whole grain tortilla
- 1 each banana, organic peeled
- 2 tablespoons Sunbutter spread kosher, nut free
Heat up the tortilla on the stove so it is nice and soft, approx 2 minutes.
Spread Sunbutter on the tortilla.
Place the banana at the edge of the tortilla and roll it.
Slice the rolled banana into sushi-sized pieces. If you are feeding little ones, make sure this are really small pieces.
Place 2 dried cranberries on the front of the roll as the eyes(optional).
Sprinkle a small amount of powder chocolate on top.
