Banana Sushi

Even the little ones can make on their own!

  • 1 each whole grain tortilla
  • 1 each banana, organic peeled
  • 2 tablespoons Sunbutter spread kosher, nut free


  • Heat up the tortilla on the stove so it is nice and soft, approx 2 minutes.
  • Spread Sunbutter on the tortilla.
  • Place the banana at the edge of the tortilla and roll it.
  • Slice the rolled banana into sushi-sized pieces. If you are feeding little ones, make sure this are really small pieces.
  • Place 2 dried cranberries on the front of the roll as the eyes(optional).
  • Sprinkle a small amount of powder chocolate on top.
