lean ground turkey 95-percent
finely chopped onions

low sodium is best, can also be Braggs Liquid Aminos
In a large bowl, mix together turkey, quinoa, onions, carrots, zucchini, ketchup, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, salt, thyme and egg until well combined.
Shape turkey and quinoa mixture into 8 balls, larger than a golf ball.
In warm saute pan, add the grape seed oil and cook the patties for 3-5 minutes in each side.
Make sure that they are cooked all the way through, if you have to cut one to make sure, go ahead!
Serve in a whole wheat slider bun. Fixings are optional!
