Ingredients
1 1/2cupstomatoeschopped
3tbspdates
1/4cupolive oil
1tspsea salt
1tspapple cider vinegar
1/2cupsun dried tomatoesdry - do not soak
Instructions
Blend everything in the blender except the sun dried tomatoes.
Add the sundried tomatoes in last and blend until you get a ketchupy consistency.
