Raw Ketchup
We tend to think that ketchup is an american creation, when is actually a descendant of an ancient Chinese sauce. Try this new recipe and impress your guest with its flavor!
Servings: 10 2 oz
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups tomatoes chopped
- 3 tbsp dates
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes dry - do not soak
Instructions
- Blend everything in the blender except the sun dried tomatoes.
- Add the sundried tomatoes in last and blend until you get a ketchupy consistency.
