Black Bean Hummus

lemon

chickpeas
Organic and low sodium, rinsed and drained (15 oz)

black beans
Organic and Low sodium, rinsed and drained (7 oz)
1/4
cup
Tahini

cloves
garlic
minced

tablespoon
olive oil
1
teaspoon
ground cumin
1/2
teaspoon
salt
or more if need it

tablespoon
balsamic vinegar

tablespoons
Water
or more if need it
1
lime
juice from
pinch
Himalayan salt
Salsa Fresca Ingredients
1
large
tomato
diced
1
avocado
diced
1-2
teaspoons
jalapeno pepper
finely chopped
1/4
cup
red onion
diced
1/4
cup
cilantro
chopped
pinch
Himalayan salt
Instructions
Mix all Salsa Fresca ingredients together and set aside
Pour all black beans hummus ingredients it into a food processor or a blender until creamy. Add more water if needed for a more creamy texture. .
Add Salsa Fresca garnish and serve with whole grain tortilla chips or plantain chips
