Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps - Kids
These simple wraps comes together in less than 30 min, and they are incredibly hearty, healthy and filling!

Cutting Board and knife
Frying pan and burner
Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
red bell pepper
green bell pepper
freshly grated ginger
Heat grapeseed oil in a Frying pan over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the turkey as it cooks; drain excess fat and set aside.
Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion to the Frying pan. Cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and ground turkey until well combined.
To serve, spoon several tablespoons of the turkey mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf, taco-style. Serve with rice
