Flourless Brownies made with Black Beans
Easy to make, this gluten free recipe will have your guest guessing the secret ingredient-black beans!
Rich in protein, the beans substitute the flour creating a gluten free delicacy for everyone.
Servings 12 pieces
- 1 can (15 ounces) Black Beans, no salt drained, rinsed & drained
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/8 tspn salt
- 2 tspn vainilla extract
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup walnuts optional
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place eggs, butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, black beans and sugar in food processor until well blended.
Butter an 8 inch pan.
Add the brownie mixture to baking pan and gently add chocolate chips and walnuts.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the center of mix is set in the center.
Cool before cutting and serving.
