Frozen Yogurt Bark

This fresh and tasty treat can be stored in the frozen and pulled out when you need a quick snack!

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking tray
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt Greek style (whole milk)
  • ¼ cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Optional Toppings

  • ½ cap strawberries chopped or sliced
  • ½ cup Pistachios chopped
  • dry fruit
  • seed (Sunflower, pumpkin, or sesame)

Instructions

  • Mix the yogurt, honey, or syrup until well combined.
  • Line a baking tray with foil and pour the yogurt mixture on top. Spread it depending on how thick or thin you want your bark to be. Mine was approx. ½ inch thick.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips and any other desired topping. Place in the freezer for 2-4 hours or until it is completely frozen.
  • Remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces. The bark can be stored in the freezer in food bags.
