This homemade version of Hot Pockets have only a few ingredients. You can change the filling to your liking by adding peppers, mushrooms or your favorite ingredient!
Homemade Hot pockets
Servings 8 hot pockets
- 1 whole wheat dough
- 2 cups mozzarella or cheddar
- 1 cup cooked spinach
- 6 slices turkey ham, baked slices
Divide the dough in 8 portions. Sprinkle flour on surface and roll each one with rolling pin.
Fill one half of the dough with cheese, spinach and ham. Close the dough to form a pocket-similar to a calzone.
Bake at 350 F for 12- 15 minutes.
