The Real Food Academy decided months ago to add adult cooking classes to it’s calendar.  However, finding the right chef to teach that class did not come easy.  As you know at the Real Food Academy, our #1 slogan is “We Don’t Change the Dish, We Change the Ingredients”.  In other words we clean up the recipes that we already love.  We use only natural and organic ingredients, we are very selective with the type of sweeteners we use, no refined flours, gluten free (when possible) etc.  It’s not always easy to find chefs that share in those convictions, and that’s why we are so happy to introduce Pilar Munné. Starting in April, Chef Pilar will teach a class every Wednesday morning at 11 AM. See our calendar for details.  And if you like her as much as we think you will we will be adding more class time as needed.
