This pasta-making class can be a fun and nutritious way to learn how to make homemade pasta from scratch. By making your own pasta, you have control over the ingredients used, including the type of flour and any additional flavorings or vegetables you might want to incorporate.

During the class, you can learn how to make Pasta using Organic Double 0 flour, which can provide more fiber and nutrients than traditional white flour pasta. Additionally, the class may focus on using fresh, seasonal ingredients to make delicious and healthy sauces to accompany the pasta.

Freshly made-pasta classes are scheduled for the last Thursday of every month.

Experience the vibrant flavors of Spain as you learn to create authentic tapas—small, shareable plates full of bold tastes with our healthier approach. Our chefs will guide you in preparing classics like garlic shrimp,  Spanish tortillas, and more.

This hands-on class is perfect for food lovers looking to explore Spanish cuisine in a fun, social setting. Whether cooking with friends or meeting new ones, you’ll leave with new skills, delicious recipes, and the confidence to recreate these dishes at home. Pair these delightful tapas with a glass of refreshing sangria for an additional fee.

This class can be 100% gluten-free if requested!

This is the class you've been waiting for: KNIFE SKILLS! This class will Teach You Everything You Need to Know About Knives! Sharp knives can be scary if you don't know how to use them. We'll teach you how to get a grip on your knife, the most common chopping techniques, and how to care for them. While at it, we'll prepare a few delicious meals. 

We'll practice, practice, practice!

An Asian Fusion Class at The Real Food Academy is an exciting culinary experience that blends traditional Asian cooking techniques and flavors with modern twists and creative interpretations.

Making a Burmese Soup is a labor of love! Its a comforting soup made with a silky coconut milk broth infused with garlic, ginger, and warm spices. Traditionally enriched with tender chicken and often finished with rice noodles, the soup balances richness with gentle heat and citrusy brightness. 

Any of these dishes can be a vegetarian option upon previous request.

Unleash your inner pizzaiolo in our Adult Pizza Making Class, where you’ll learn the art of crafting authentic, restaurant-quality pizza using a pre-fermented dough method. This hands-on experience will take your pizza skills to the next level, enhancing flavor, texture, and digestibility through the science of fermentation.

The gluten-free option is available with prior request.

Sushi making is an art but don't get intimidated, learning how to make sushi is easier than it looks. We'll show you how to make a few different styles of rolls and how to cook the traditional "Sushi Sticky Rice". Everyone can become a Sushi expert after this class!
