In this 10-week course, our budding chefs will learn all the different techniques to become Real Food Chef.
Each week they’ll be introduced to a new culinary concept, and we’ll cover the topics and create dishes accordingly. In each class, students can expect to make 2 to 3 dishes depending on the complexity of the recipes.
This course is suitable for beginners and intermediate levels of cooking experience. We’ll group them according to their age and cooking experience.

Empanadas are filled with dough and come from South American countries like Argentina, Venezuela, Peru, etc. Quesadillas are a staple food of Mexican cuisine and are filled with cheese and meats if desired.
The healthy topic of this class is using a variety of vegetables for the Paella dish. Most vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories. Vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, folate (folic acid), vitamin A, and vitamin C.
