In this 10-week course, Session 3, our budding chefs will learn all the fundamental skills and techniques needed to become Real Food Chefs.
Each week, they’ll be introduced to a new culinary concept, and we'll explore the topics and create dishes accordingly. In each class, students can expect to make 2 to 3 dishes, depending on the complexity of the recipes.
If you participated in Sessions 1 & 2, the menu will feature all-new dishes that align with the same culinary concepts.
This course is ideal for beginners and those with intermediate cooking experience. Students will be grouped based on their age and cooking experience.

In this 10-week course, Session 3, our budding chefs will learn all the fundamental skills and techniques needed to become Real Food Chefs.
Each week, they’ll be introduced to a new culinary concept, and we'll explore the topics and create dishes accordingly. In each class, students can expect to make 2 to 3 dishes, depending on the complexity of the recipes.

How to Become a Real Food Chef Session 3
($400/course -- or $50/day) (Ages 7-13)
In this 10-week course, Session 3, our budding chefs will learn all the fundamental skills and techniques needed to become Real Food Chefs.
Each week, they’ll be introduced to a new culinary concept, and we'll explore the topics and create dishes accordingly. In each class, students can expect to make 2 to 3 dishes, depending on the complexity of the recipes.
If you participated in Sessions 1 & 2, the menu will feature all-new dishes that align with the same culinary concepts.
This course is ideal for beginners and those with intermediate cooking experience. Students will be grouped based on their age and cooking experience.

Get ready for a fun-filled cooking class where kids become pasta-making pros! In this hands-on experience, young chefs will mix, roll, and shape fresh pasta from scratch while learning the magic of homemade cooking. With simple ingredients and lots of creativity, they'll discover how easy and exciting it is to make their delicious pasta!

Presentation and plating are covered with some Food Styling concepts. Kids will learn about natural syrups, using edible elements to create beautiful dishes and more. The most important aspects are composition, balance, shape, and texture on the plate!
