Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a bowl, begin by mixing all moist ingredients(eggs, vanilla, coconut oil) and lastly mix in the sugar.
  3. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, oats, craisins and sunflower seeds.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Scoop out about an ounce per cookie and in cookie sheet, bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
