Pear and Spinach Salad withMaple Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, mix all vinaigrette ingredients except oil with wire whisk.
Whisk oil until well blended.
On a separate platter, serve Spinach and arrange pear wedges, sprinkle with crushed almonds and cranberries.
Drizzle vinaigrette over salad.
