  1. In a small bowl, mix all vinaigrette ingredients except oil with wire whisk.
  2. Whisk oil until well blended.
  3. On a separate platter, serve Spinach and arrange pear wedges, sprinkle with crushed almonds and cranberries.
  4. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad.
