Raw Strawberry Cheesecake
Serves 4 portions
Make crust by adding all crust ingredients in food processor and placing the mix in four 4” ring molds. Place in the freezer.
In a clean food processor add all the ingredients for filling and process until smooth. Add to the molds with the crust and chill for at least four hours.
