Instructions
  1. Mix all the Salsa ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. To assemble the chips: Distribute the jicama “chips” around a plate.
  3. Add layers of Salsa, avocado, jalapeno and green onions.
  4. NOTE: If using Truffle oil ONLY if using fresh basil.
