  1. Slice or dice your turkey.
  2. Build your quesadilla by adding the cheese and the ham to half of the tortilla and fold it to make a half moon.
  3. In a griddle or saute pan, warm your oil and cook your quesadilla two minutes in each side.
  4. Serve warm by itself or with Mexican salsa.
