Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  2. Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the sunflower spread with coconut oil, sugar, and vanilla until well mixed.
  4. Add the salt and flour and mix until well combined. Stir in the pecans and cranberries.
  5. Make 1 inch balls, and place a few inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet. You can use a mini ice cream scooper. Press down a bit to flatten.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for about 13-15 or until golden.
